  • Do you do design work too?
    Although I possess considerable experience in digital design, I do not handle design work myself. However, I can work alongside your existing designers or draw upon my network of high-quality, agency-experienced designers who are part of my freelance associates. When collaborating with one of my design associates, I will take on the role of project creative director, in addition to my responsibilities as copywriter and content strategist, to ensure the project is executed seamlessly and to your satisfaction.
  • How can I get an estimate or proposal for our project?
    Getting started is simple. All you need to do is fill out the contact form on my website and I will reach out to you promptly to schedule a complimentary consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your specific needs, project goals, scope of work, deliverables, and timeline, so we can determine the best course of action to address your unique situation. Following our discussion, I will provide you with an estimate or a full proposal, whichever you prefer, outlining the details of the project and associated costs.
  • How do you work and what is your workflow process like?
    The workflow process varies slightly depending on the type of project, whether it's copywriting, branding, or content creation. However, all workflows include client review benchmarks at the end of each phase before moving on to the next. I am flexible in terms of workflow and can either work within your existing digital process or implement one of my own. My workflows utilize a digital platform and can include communication via MS Teams or Zoom.
  • How long will it take to complete our project?

  • You are based in Chicago, how can we collaborate despite the time difference?
    I have wide experience collaborating with clients and teams across national and international time zones using MS Teams and Zoom.
  • What is the process for placing an order, and what information do you need from us to begin?
    After you have made the decision to proceed with the project, all that is required to schedule and begin is a signed contract and a 50% down payment. If necessary, we can discuss other mutually agreeable payment terms.
