Evolving the Envision3 Brand for Digital Growth

Challenge
Envision3 had firmly established itself as a leader in print communications. Yet, executive leadership recognized that continued growth required more than scale—it required transformation. Their vision was to expand beyond traditional print into digital creative and omnichannel marketing services, positioning the company as a full-service communications partner for clients in an increasingly integrated marketplace.
Solution
To support this new growth model, Envision3 engaged me to serve as brand strategist and creative director. My mandate was to plan, build, and lead an internal creative agency capable of elevating the brand and enabling sales growth across emerging channels.
I delivered:
Brand Strategy & Positioning – Developed a clear positioning framework and narrative that articulated Envision3’s evolution from a print manufacturer to an omnichannel communications provider.
Brand Creative Kit – Built a standardized system including visual identity, logo usage, color palette, fonts, and design templates to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Origin Story & Messaging – Crafted a compelling brand origin story and key messages that resonated with target audiences, aligning communications across web, social, email, mobile, and print.
Creative Direction & Leadership – Established and managed a high-performing team of digital, UX, and print designers, artists, illustrators, technologists, videographers, and outsourced writers. I set workflows, provided creative direction, and ensured strategic alignment across all outputs.
Results
The initiative repositioned Envision3 as more than a print provider—it became a strategic communications partner for its clients. As a result:
Customer engagements increased across digital and print channels.
The company generated a steady pipeline of new sales leads.
Business closes grew as Envision3’s expanded value proposition resonated with prospects.
By aligning brand strategy with business growth objectives—and by leading a multidisciplinary creative team to bring the vision to life—Envision3 successfully navigated its evolution from a print powerhouse to a modern omnichannel communications leader.
